Heel making a squishy popping sound/feeling

I ordered these shoes, and loved the way they looked when they arrived. However, the one and only time that I wore them the left inner sole on top of the heel felt like it was popping underneath my foot, making a squishy sound and making it uncomfortable to walk in. I contacted this company numerous times, and never received a response. Poor customer service, and I'm sure that they won't even print this review, but the word will get out there.
